Are all Angel shooting star bottle refillable?
I've had my Angel shooting star bottle for a few years and cannot "unscrew the nozzle inside"...per the instructions. Is it me...or the bottle? When was this perfume first introduced?

If it is indeed refillable, they have refill fountains (like soda fountains) at various Department stores.

They are not all refillable. Mine is "a star that lives only once" (there words not mine). When they are refillable, the package will say so.

It depends on which bottle, if it says refillable, I would bring it to the store and have them see if it is broken, or if they can do it for you

It has been around since the late 90's as far as i know. No not all bottles can be refilled. I have an older one and i can't refill it.

Some of teh stars ARE NOT refillable. You should check to see if the bottle is "Resourcable." If so, just pull the top metal part off and try to unscrew. I can't remember if it unscrews or just pulls off once under the metal. If you take it to Nordstrom they can do it for you and refill it right there. Good luck.

Innocent is much softer with lighter notes. I would try Angel first and then give Innocent a go.. you may find yourself loving them both..

Innocent is a little more citrusy smelling to me-- better for spring/summer. Angel is more of a winter/special occassion perfume (one spritz goes a long way--lasts forever and people will keep guessing at what you are wearing). I love it (even though I am usually prone to wearing floral--subtle perfumes).

I don't think they smell anything alike. Angel is very sexy, musky, chocolate, vanilla, patchouli and I think it smells delish. Innocent has a much "fresher" smell.

I have worn Innocent before as well. I honestly really liked Innocent, but am in love with Angel. If i were to wear another perfume - Innocent would be it. It's a big stronger than Angel.

you can buy a refill from Sephora or go to a department store that carries Angel and ask if they have "the source" to refill...they can refill it for you...

You can buy the refills at nordstrom. Any size refill bottle will work. Or you can go into a Nordstrom store and have them fill your star directly. Good luck.

I absolutely LOVE Angel and wear it every day. I would love to get the perfumed body cream but is it worth the hefty price tag? I would have to buy online since I don't have a sephora near me and so I have never seen in person. Is it worth the 90 bucks?

The Angel perfumed body cream is definitely worth buying. If one uses the cream and then sprays the perfume over it, you'll be left with lasting all-day fragrance.

I love the perfumed lotion and body creme. They can work all on their own and I feel they're well worth the price. My granddaughter gave me the newest lotion for Christmas a year ago and I'm still using it. It's almost as potent as the perfume itself.

There is always been a refillable and a non-refillable star. You just have to check the box when buying to make sure it says "refillable spray".

That was their big innovation when Angel first came out. You go to the pump station and there's less waste, it's convenient...although I'm a perfume bottle collector
You probably have the non refillable one. If you got it at a duty free airport shop it's sure to be non-refillable. In most cases you have to specifically ask for it. people have bought me the star as a gift and it's generally the one you have. No one who isn't familiar with the perfume (as I have been for about 17 years) knows about the refill.

They are not all refillable. Some of them say something about "a star that lives only once" - and they'll say "The non-refillable stars" on the front of the box. Check the packaging for details.

The bottles have always been refillable and Nordstrom used to be the only place that carried and refilled. However, there are bottles that ARE NOT refillable. If you look on the star is should say something like "resourcable" which means you can have it refilled at Nordstrom.

You can buy larger refill sizes of the perfume that come with a funnel from Sephora.com. They were recently running a special (and may still be - check the perfume deals page) that if you bought a big enough refill size you got some free things as well. Hope this helps.

That is a good question. I doubt it as I've never seen a dedicated perfume counter but I know at least 1 department store does and the refills are such a great way to go green. How many star bottles does one need anyways?!

Yes you can. Buy the 3.4 refillable bottle with the funnel and you can take the top off your star to refill your bottle.

Yes, but why? Just purchase your Angel refill and pull the star cap off of the bottle....unscrew the nozzle inside...place the funnel into the hole at the top of the bottle....pour the refill bottle into the funnel and watch as it fills the refillable bottle....replace the nozzle, and cap making sure that the cap "clicks" into place. Presto, you are set to go!

If it helps, I know for sure that certain places, like Macy's, have refill stations for Angel. I would imagine that Sephora would aswell, they are pretty good with things like that. I am not sure if it is possible to refill it yourself. I hope this helps.

gently pull up the silver top and take off. Uncrew the spray cap. Place light blue angel funnel into the spray bottle and fill. Replace the spray cap and silver top or you can take your bottle to the department store and purchase the refill container and have the sales associate refill your beautiful bottle. Enjoy....

Pull off the cap, unscrew the lid, and place the funnel before filling. Be careful not to spill. This can be done in your own bathroom - I always do it over the sink to capture any drops.

The refill bottle is not a spray. It stands tall with a lovely clear star cap. Just ask the sales associate for the refill bottle. She will advise you.. Happy Angel..

To refill a star bottle, you purchase a box that says (Refill)--it is a longer bottle/box...does not look like the original square star box. When you open the refill box, it has a just a twist off bottle that you use to refill your star. To sum it up, just look for a box that says "refill".

You can buy any size bottle to refill. I always buy the biggest and then have multiple refills available once my star runs out. You can also just take your star to Nordstrom and they will refill your star directly. Good luck.

I'm not sure they still make the one you mention. I've been a classic Angel lover ever since the perfume debuted about 16 or 17 years ago.
