I have fair skin and inheireted baggy circles. this has made a difference it is not tinted so not a conceler but does brighten the area. It does recommend using a targeted companion eye product ( for wrinkles,puffiness,etc)with this to get the most results. I leave that choice to you as YOU know what your specific eye concern is. This product is like Clairens Beauty Flash Balm for eyes exclusively, an enhancer of positive under eye traits, if you will. Short of surgery I have tried many de-puffer products and so far this the best. I no longer need conceler in addition to daily make-up however I must use additional product to decrease eye bags to mini-trunk size.

It's not a skin brightening cream and it does NOT cover dark circles. What it does is improve the appereance of fine lines as well as lighten dark circles with time. I can't say about puffiness BUT I have noticed a slight change in the color around my eyes as well as tighter skin and I've only been using it for 1-2 months! I am in my 20s so I mostly use it for prevention! Lol.
