yes you can apply to upper eyelids but i don't think any gel eye product is effective. they're also shiny/slippery/slimy. try Boscia amino eye cream and lancome beinfait spf28 eye cream for day

I need the best de-puffer for eyes!

My eyes are always terribly puffy and people ask what is wrong. I have fantastic skin except for this. I need the best eye-depuffer you have. Cost is no issue. ICE and clinque have already been tried. No luck there. My skin is getting more sensitive with age.

Try Clarin's Eye Contour Gel....there are several Clairin's eye products that have similar names. This is the best I've used and I've been using it for years. I use it first thing in the morning and it makes a big difference.

I know, I had the same question when I saw it online. When I received my online order, I compared to the $48 tube that I had purchased at the store previously, and found them identical products. Maybe online price is lower considering less overhead cost to sell.

they are listed in smaller print below the item description. Looks like they're all organic, which is what I've heard. Very refreshing and natural-feeling stuff -- not "cloggy" like other eye products.

i personally don't like gel eye products because they're hardly effective and they're so shiny/slippery/slimy. I recommend Boscia Amino eye cream and lancome bienfait spf28 eye cream for day

I haven't found anything else that measures up to this product. I'd keep trying to find it. I do use Clinique All About Eyes-Rich. This is good also. You might give it a try....I actually use both.
