Since this is a bare-ly there gloss made so deliberately by Stila, I'd say that you can go with any shade you like. Usually I'd suggest a specific shade but in this case you could probably use anything. This is not a full cover lip product. They smell great, too.

I'd say any pink shade would look best on blondes.

I love the Apricot - and I'm blond with blue eyes, light complexion. It's not shimmery but has a nice color and gloss to it. I also have Vanilla which is a bit more shimmery.

I would suggest sugar plum and guava.

Normally, I'd give a very specific answer with a specific shade. However, these glosses are barely colors, which is why I personally love them. If you want a lot of color, you might want to look at something else. If you want barely there sheer color, go with any of the darker deeper shades which will give you a tiny bit more color. If you're looking for full coverage or a more colorful, more obvious gloss, this would not be the right product.

I adore this gloss but it doesn't have a huge amount of color. It's not made to have a lot of color. It does exactly what it's supposed to.

Plum, Brown Sugar, (Rasin, if you get the holiday collection), Fruit Punch, Blackberry, Starfruit, Grapefruit, and i love love love love love Apricot.

Since this gloss is very sheer, I say go for darker colors. I have tried Grapfruit and the color was very close to clear. If you like pink/reddish shades of lip gloss, go for papaya (sheer soft pink), watermelon (clear pink), or strawberry (deep red). If you want a more neutral color go for apricot (melon nectarine), (shimmering golden copper), vanilla (pearly nude gloss), or (shimmering golden nude). Hope this helped(:

Grapefruit and watermelon are really flattering pinks. Layer with a stain to intensify the colour.

It is not, but they have 'plumping lip glazes' on sephora and the stila site, and they are made for that purpose and do a pretty good darn job!

vanilla or apricot

Vanilla! It's just a milky white color- almost clear with a hint of sparkle (: Another great clear-ish would be apricot, it comes off as a super light apricot (really original, right?) color with little to no shimmer.
A girl has some really good swatches, google 'stila lip glaze swatches' and click on the first link, she has both swatched.

It's very easy to use and these new pens are even bigger than the previous ones. Just don't overdo, or too much will come out. Have a little bit of patience the first or second time - I've found more comes out usually after the second or third time I've used each pen.

I love these.

I know someone who used to work with Stila, and when they where showing there students about the Lip Glaze they told them to click the end twice, and be patient. The product will come up within 15 seconds or so. If clicked more, you could rick wasting the product.

I like the built in brush, but the twist up applicator makes it hard to get just the right amount and I end up wasting some and it gets messy.

Yes, I found it easy and convenient to use. All you do is twist the bottom part and product comes out and you just brush it on your lips. Plus, product won't come out unless you twist it, so it's mess-free.

After the 1st few times its easier. The click pen can be difficult to use and you can get too much, but it gets easier once you get uses to it.

YES, their really sticky. But if your lips are moisturized prior to applying them, it's not as bad.

It is not sticky or slimey. I dont know how but it is one of the only lip glaze/gloss were it doesn't feel like yo just ate a pork-chop.

Just so everyone doesn't sound crazy to you, the illustrations occasionally change so when someone asks a question, the responder might be seeing something totally different. Also, with the differences in computers, the shades and swatches can look very different in actuality than what's seen on the screen. It looks like any one of three coral based shades today, but what you previously saw when you asked the question might have been totally different. These shades are all very sheer, so will look much lighter when applied than they do in a picture. They're wonderful and made as a sheerish type gloss. I love these.

i would go with kitten. it's a really pretty nude, and it has shimmer but i don't think it's too much or too overpowering.

Get Kitten. Your lips will NOT look like a disco ball, but they have some shimmer.

I have dark hair and fair skin. I use the Watermelon and it neutralize my natural lip color. It dose look a bit pinker than beige but still pretty neutral. It is very glossy. this might be a good selection for you.

What I'm seeing today on my computer looks like Kitten or another of the coral based shades. However, Sephora does change illustrations occasionally, so what you saw when you asked the question might be very different. Regardless, these are all beautiful shades that smell great and apply beautifully. I love them.

If you wash the brush wuth a wet wipe it wont get any moisture in the lip gloss. Also if you was itat an angle.

i wouldn't wash it.. i usually wipe it before i swipe it on.

i would think that as long as you hold the brush facing down, that it would be fine. but when i wash off my brush i just use a brush cleaner spray so that i don't risk it.

Don't wash with water, just wipe the brush well with a paper towel or something SLIGHTLY damp, like a makeup-removing wipe or abby wipe, THEN a dry rub with a tissue.
