You could with no harm to your clothes - the main ingredient is baking soda. But they do have sucrose (table sugar) in them, so I would not use them in this manner. The other ingredients are all related to the fragrance or are extracts from plants.

Question
are the ingredients natural
I have been looking for bath products that will not increase my risk of getting bacterial infections. I have a problem with perfumed soaps and bubble baths.

The ingredients being natural or not won't increase chances of infection. That being said, they contain sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), citric acid, and sucrose (table sugar). The other ingredients are all plant extracts and fragrances. So, yes, the ingredients are natural. I am guessing that by infections you mean UTIs, in which case I would avoid this due to the citric acid, sugar, and honey extracts. These can alter the pH and natural bacteria in those "tender" areas. The perfume for this scent is quite lovely, though.
