Yes they will go back to normal. Lip plumbers only work so long as you keep applying them. The fullness of your lips may last for some time, but eventually they will go back to normal. I'd say within a week or less.

This is like most cosmetic products. The results last only as long as you keep using it. Your lips will not shrink per se, but they will no longer have the plumped up affect.

Yes, that's my favorite thing about this product. When I use it, I'd say the color lasts about an hour and then starts to fade away.

Make up forever glossy lip glosses plump nicely without any sting so does the dior lip plumper. I'd also recommend city lips which sephora used to have in stores. It worked long term for me and i still have the volume from that which i enhance with the smash box, dior or buxom.

This one really burned and stung my lips, even turning them red like they were chapped. I have not experienced that with Lip Fusion or Lip Fusion XL, and I feel the Lip Fusion worked a lot better for plumping.

Buxom Lip Plumper didn't burn my lips at all like this one and the DuWop Venom one. It does have a numb tingly sensation but not a burning or stinging one.

I am a self professed lip gloss junkie. I have tried many "lip plumpers" that are on the market and this is one of my favorites. It does double duty as both a plumper & gloss. The initial plumping effect is almost immediate as soon as the product comes into contact with the lips. It is fairly hot but cools quickly ( I would say within the first 3 minutes). The lips are beautifully full & "plumped up." Lips are rosier & look very bee stung. This effect lasts for approximately 20-30 minutes (on me). I am always reapplying this product because I love how it make my lips look.
The only downside to this plumping gloss is that the lip fullness does not last as long as I would like and curiously enough , the "plumping" is never the same. Some days the lip injection seem hotter than others and my lips look bigger on those days. I believe this to be a reaction to my body chemistry and as everyone's is different the results would vary.
Overall this is a very good product with good results. A definite must have for the lip plumper groupie. :) Next one on my list of must haves to try, "Lip Venom."

It's like any other gloss that will wear off after eating and drinking. And I would definitely say that it plumped up my already kind of full lips quite a bit, but everyone reacts differently

honestly, you get used to the tingling, I actually really enjoy it now because that's how I know its working! Ever notice how after you brush your teeth/ lips your lips have a "pouted" look? Well in that case the mint is not agitating your lips, but rather providing a slight sting to them causing blood to rush to the spot to help "relieve" the problem creating a plumped effect. The same thing happens here, however it's in an AMAZING lip gloss! It A) plumps B) smells/ tastes good (aftr 5min) C) provides excellent shine! In sephora try the lip injection extreme, if it's too duck like, get the regular lip injection, (I recommend getting the super sized clear one, 5 more dollars and it's 1 and 1/2 times the size of the smaller one!!!!) remeber: sephora has a great return policy, so if all goes wrong, retun it! It basically stings your lips so that blood rushes to the surface of your lips and makes them appear more plump. Your lips will stay plump for a while after the tingling stops, but you may want to reapply it like a regular lipgloss if you want to use it again. I recommend trying it out at Sephora first and see if you are satisfied with the outcome. I think this is the best lip plumper on the market (though it has its down sides) after Dior's lip plumper. It'll plump up your thin lips a bit but won't make them look any thicker, if that's what you're looking for. Hope this helps !

No, and its burns like you are putting your lips on a stove top. Also, it swells the bottom half of your face and turns it beet red. I had to use a cold compress for almost an hour to get my skin presentable. Stay away!

I have tried LipFusion and definitely recommend it over Lip Injection. LipFusion gives a more long-term plumping effect, whereas this product just slightly irritates the lips so that blood rushes to the surface (it's temporary). I've found that this product is drying and turns my lips really red as well because it's so strong and it causes redness on any part of the skin on which it's applied.
I recommend LipFusion.

It's like a regular lip gloss. The difference is that it contains ingredients that will slightly irritate the lips so that blood rushes to them and makes them appear plumper. If you remove it, the effect will stay for a little while, but you'd need to reapply it when you feel that it's wearing out. Hope this helps !
