Questions & Answers for Mustela 2 in 1 Hair and Body Wash

Does this help with eczema?
My four year old son has eczema (has been allergy tested, but inconclusive as far as what is causing it). I have been using California Baby, which seems to help...but was wondering if anyone with a similar problem has noticed any improvement with Mustela?

I have not used it long enough to say it helps, But he seems to get his Exzema very easily and it did not cause it, his skin was the softest it has been sense he was born and the dry patches are much better. I feel is definitl worth the money and try. I hope this helps

Good Luck
