this after sunscreen or before?

should I use this after I apply my sunscreen (then moisturizer) or before sunscreen? It says to follow with moisturizer, so I'm leaning towards applying it after my sunscreen, but it also says to apply after skin is cleansed and toned, so I'm stuck. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I want to be clear before buying what this smells like. I really really do not enjoy the smell of the Vitamin A facial treatment (sort of sickening). Is it sort of citrus like the Glycolic facial cleanser? Thanks

it smells nothing like the Vitamin A serum which i agree does not smell good. it smells a little like licquorice but it disappears very quickly

I would like to know as well. I mean, typically vitamin C products, at least the good ones, are expensive because it's a highly unstable antioxidant. And for $40, that's rather inexpensive. So yeah, does anyone know at all? I've searched all over the web and I can't seem to find the answer. If all else fails, I'll have to contact the company directly.
