answer 2
I wouldn't really consider it "foaming"....but it's GREAT!! Goes on more like a silky gel than a foam....leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and silky. Great for very dry skin and removes redness!!

No it feels more like a gel, very little foam.

answer 4
it is not foaming in the way i would think of foaming, like an actual foam in your hand. it is a gel. but i will foam up once you apply to your wet face. i find that i like to have a just slightly damp face, massage for at least one minute, and then splash with water, massage for about 20-30 more seconds, and then rinse. it's not as foamy as a pumping faom, but like i said, will lather up pretty reasonably.

It does not foam. It stays in its natural form and literally cools your skin and is incredible at what it does.

Question
Does this work for slight redness?
I have red cheecks. Not a dark red, but just enough to be annoying. Would this work to help calm them down? I can usually cover the red with foundation, but it would be great if I didn't. I also have dry skin, would it work for that as well? I'm on the hunt for a much better cleanser then what I'm using now.

It can sooth mild redness and is great for dry skin. You would probably also love the moisturizer in the same line. It is spf 15, has color correction and does not feel greasy

if your redness is due to rosacea, this will help. as for the dryness, it is almost unbelieveable the comfort level that you will feel after even just a week's use. it did take a couple months for me to get to a level of almost pure happiness about the rosecea, but stick with it. i always thought gels were more targeted towards those with oily skin, but this is fabulous for dry, tight skin...no question.

Yes! This is the exactly why i got this stuff. If you have dryness I would get the moisturizer that goes along with this...it goes on after wards and helps greatly! I hope I've helped you!

Sounds like what I was dealing with. I found that adding the Murad Recovery Treatment Gel after cleansing really helped. I also use Boscia's SkinRefining Treatment. In the winter I may add Murad's Redness line daily moisturizer. I no longer use makeup to cover redness and I usually finish off skincare in the a.m. with Philosphy's The Present.

Great for redness - great for claming the skin down. Wet skin first, then use a small dime size amount.

Yes, this will tone down that redness. It's amazing! Also try the Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum--it is a great moisturizer that immediatley (really!) gets rid of the red in your skin. Even if you have a pimple, this stuff will make it look like nothing! Try it!

Those little red dots sound more like a mild scarring from the pimples. This is a calming wash, so it could help. Don't pick at the spots and try to limit your sun exposure. Use sunscreen and let time tell.

Only if the redness is inflamation or sensitivity. Sounds like you may need something that is specifically for reducing redness after blemishes heal. I have seen them in stores.
