If kept in a hermetically sealed container, out of light, and in a temperature-controlled environment, then probably not. However, the reality is that the scent will likely change subtly over time. I guess my point is that your one bottle of cologne won't be an heirloom that you hand down to your grandchildren.

They have no "expiration date" per say. All scents should be kept in a temperature controlled location and out of direct sun light to help them last longer. If you notice a change in the color or scent it's time to replace it.
