need a good moisturizer,but oil free

I have dry skin in the winter,oilier in the summer,but I am also acne prone. For that reason I use oil free. Is this good for dry ,but acne prone skin? I like that it has spf in it. Iwear spf everyday and it would be one less layer.Is this oil free?

I also have dry acne prone skin and this product is the only thing I have found that doesn't make me break out and feels like I am wearing nothing all day. It's worth the money!

Yes this product is non-comodegenic meaning it doesn't clog your pores. Very important for acne prone skin.

Allergic Reaction?

Has anyone ever experienced an allergic reaction to this product? I usually use Boscia's Oil-Free Daily Hydration SPF 15. I wanted a heavier SPF, so I took this sample home to try.

I seem to be having an allergic reaction. I have tiny red spots all over my face. There's a heavier concentration around my hairline. It burns, ever so slightly, and a few of the bumps are raised up. I took a benadryl, so I'm hoping it will be fine in the morning, but I was curious if anyone else had a similar reaction. It's only on my face and the sides of my neck, I hypothesized that this was what caused the reaction, as nothing else in my routine had changed. I included pictures as this was a little hard to describe.

My skintone is very fair and the only sensitivity I have ever noticed was to a Vitamin C treatment I had done in a spa. I did work out today, so I did have a little perspiration around my hairline. I honestly, hope that no one has had an allergic reaction to this lotion.

I have pretty sensitive and reactive skin -- I have not had any adverse reactions to this product (or any PTR product). As another commenter said, maybe your skin is reacting to the sunscreen ingredients? I would suggest looking for a moisturizer that does not contain chemical sunscreens (Octinoxate, Octisalate, Meradimate, Oxybenzone, Avobenzone).

BOTH are oil-free. I use the daily in the colder months - starting October thru April. Switch to this for the warmer months. My skin has always broken out and these 2 are the only sunscreens or moisturizers that do not have that effect. hate the price but have been using them for going on 3 years.
