Question
Are these considered ingrowns and can this product help?
I don't often get the typical red, painful bump associated with ingrowns. What I DO get, and quite often at once, are some hairs grown right under the first this layer of skin that you can actually see, and they actually look like they're just laying flat on my skin, but when touched they don't move. If I were to give it a hard scratch it would come loose. Are these still considered ingrowns and will this product help? I get them a lot at once, and I exfoliate a lot too! *Sighh*

answer 1
Hmmm....not sure if they're considered in growns but I get those a lot too when they're just growing close to the surface. I can see them easily since i'm so fair. I usually just scratch them since they usually come out without issue. But if they don't come out easily, I would leave them. This would probably not help with those. Look around for Tend Skin product. That helps

I have exactly the same thing, and this product did not help me.
I have had some luck using a sugar scrub and following up with a good lotion. Be careful about scratching them, because you might get scars.

The best thing to use once you get those ingrowns under the skin is a sterlized thread needle. Sounds awful, but its the best thing that works to get them out. Nothing is 100% preventable for ingrowns, but this product helps lessen the chances. I still get the same types of ingrowns, so you have to realize there is no miracle out there.

answer 6
Those are ingrown hairs, they just are not infected. Exfoliate with the pads, gently, as instructed and they won't get infected and will free themselves.

answer 7
Yes, those are ingrowns. You may just need to moisturize right after you exfoliate to soften the skin and let the hairs grow out.
