They do for the parfum, not the Eau de Toilette.

The parfum is more concentrated than the toilette. The parfum lasts longer on than the other.

The refill parfum comes with a funnel so that you can pour from the refill bottle right into the spray bottle using the funnel to direct the flow into the spray bottle. Very handy to use for other parfums as well.

I would suggest not to dilute. You can buy little automizer (it is on sale now at Sephora, for $6 only, check "sale" section), fill the bottle so you can carry on with you. Also, if smell is too strong, just keep far away from you body when you spray it. If you usually spray within 12 inch away on your cloth, make it 20 (or so, just approximate). So, it won't be overwhelming and your clothes will keep the nice smell as well (same for your skin skin, if you prefer spray direct on skin before you wear clothes). Or spray in front of you and just walk into the "cloud", this way you can "wear" your parfume as well (I assume this is eau de parfum, no concentrated parfum which is not spray-able at all).

I prefer the parfum as it's more concentrated and lasts longer.

I only wear two fragrances: L'Eau d'Issey and Spring Flowers by Creed. Perhaps you might like them both as well. Creed is substantially more expensive so I tend to use it for more special times.
