Questions & Answers for bareMinerals bareMinerals Broad Spectrum Multi-Tasking Face

Question
Will this product actually cover all my blemishes?
I recently had a bad break out with my skin and its all on the side of my cheeks, they are noticeable even when Iam wearing make up and I wanted to find a product that would be good to use with my skin that can also help cover them up, or even clear? Is this the right product for me? Or can you suggest something else that Bare Minerals would offer?

Well Rested hides my dark circles and helps to conceal any blemishes. It does not make them disappear, but it definitely rids them of any redness.

Yes!!!! This is light weight, will cover the blemish areas and not clog them up! I put on my moisturizer first, let it set a few minutes, put on a light coat of mineral veil first (helps stop mid day shine!) then dab on the multi tasking powder on the problem areas, follow with foundation powder, blush and finish with another dusting of mineral veil!

I think this is definetly worth a try. I have had horrible bouts with adult acne and this was the best concealer I found. You can build it and it doesn't get cakey. I even think it helped to heal my skin. I use the bisque shade all year and I have medium tone skin. Also try the mineral veil as a finisher over your makeup--it really makes a difference. No color to it and you can touch up throughout the day and it doesn't cake either.

Yes-- this is great to use under your foundation. I apply it pretty heavily if needed then put my foundation on over it and even it all out with my brush.

Not under. It goes over. I put on a makeup primer first. (Smash Box, photo finish is awesome) then I use the Bare Minerals foundation of my choice. The brushes they sell with the beginner set are key. I use the
Full Coverage Kabuki Brush that came in my starter kit to apply my foundation. Then I use the Flawless Application Face Brush to put on the Minneral Veil. Then i use the Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush to put this product under my eyes, over zits, to cover any dark spots,etc....

summer bisque is totally fantastic. I have red blemishes, and while I do use probably more than a younger person or one without my facial probs, it does a beautiful job as a base then I use a whitener around my eyes and mouth, apply the medium beige and it looks phenomenal!! I know there are now other knockoffs on the market, and cheaper, but I stick with this one because some things are just worth it.

From my experience I would suggest getting a brush specifically made for applying powder concealer, whether BM brand or not. I did not like the way it was looking and decided to invest in the brush and it was worth it. It needs to have hairs tapering down both sides of the brush and not just the dome shape to pick up the product and apply it correctly. Otherwise you may get "ghost"/"color patch" face.

I just use a primer underneath and seal it with the mineral veil. I don't wear any foundation I just blend this in where I need to and it looks great; very natural.

I recommend using this IN ADDITION to the basic foundation. This works as either a concealer or a bronzer, and it works best when used in conjunction with the foundation.

Question
are there two products called BE Well Rested?
I LOVE the Well Rested for Eyes, a yellow-toned concealer for under the eye. I have heard that there is a Well Rested for the face (Multi-
Tasking?) concealer, not yellow-toned. When I "search" for Well Rested on this site, I am directed to the bareMinerals Multi-Tasking Face - Is this also known as Well Rested??

This is made to be used as a concealer. IMO, the name is terrible. They should've just called it concealer! lol
FYI: I was recently told by a Sephora employee to always use it after the foundation. I've ALWAYS put concealer first. However, once I started doing it the way she suggested, I have much better coverage!

I am currently using the medium beige and then warmth and I chose the summer bisque and it working great. I look like I have a tan and have had many comments about where did I find sun. It all blends very well. It might work with your choices.

I also use the tan foundation. The bisque I use is Summer Bisque. It might be a bit light, but it works great and you can't even tell once you're finished applying and blending you're makeup. Besides, you always want your concealer to be just a bit lighter than your skin tone. It also works great as an under-eye highlighter!

I use Fair and Bisque is too dark for me. I tried Well Rested and it is so much better! Remember that you're trying to lighten your dark patches...so definitely pick the lighter shade.
