answer 3
You use it after washing and prior to moisturizing. This particular toner is designed to moisturize the skin while delivering therapeutic benefits; it is not as moisturizing as a lotion or cream, so you will still need to use a moisturizer. In skincare products like this are more commonly referred to as "softeners," and are used to prepare the skin for higher impact moisturizers by soaking into the outer layers so your moisturizer will not get stuck there.

If you have troubled texture (flakiness, dry spots, rough patches) this product can help alleviate some of that, and is also fantastic if your skin feels tight or irritated after washing. If you are concerned with oiliness or large pores, you would probably want to use Tonique Pure Focus. If you are typical combination skin, you can achieve the effects of both by using Tonique Douceur.

this is a toner, you use it after washing and before moisturizing. If you used it with a cotton pad and swap your face with it, it can help pick up the dirties on your face that didn't get wash off with your face washer.

My skin type is combination and recently it turns kinda drier. i feel it awesome! For its nature, you will never waste the tonique coz they flow gently on your face and you just slow down your rhythm. But if there's 400ml options, that would be more fancy. loool

i'm combination skin type, and use this in the winter when my skin really needs something hydrating. also i'm from colorado so the it's very dry here to begin with. don't think i would use it in the summer considering my skin type tho.

answer 4
It depends on the composition of your skin; if your combination skin is characterized by predominant dryness with oiliness only in areas, then it will help your skin. If you are mostly normal-combination with oiliness, then you should look at Tonique Douceur instead. If you are very oily with large pores, then try Pure Focus instead.

I worked for Lancome for a long time, this product is meant for people with dry skin. It is amazing. It's very milky and creamy and feels incredible. I have normal/combo skin, but I live far up north and we have long winters here and my skin turns very dry during the winter and that's when I switch to this toner. I don't know what the person that answered before was saying, but this is NOT meant to be a cleanser. It is a comforting milk toner.

I think you'd be fine to use this on acne prone skin....
I've used this particular toner for some years, and I've never had an issue with it breaking out my skin in any way....
It's soothing, hydrating and leaves my face just so comfortable and soft....
It's perfect for those of us with sensitive skin, as well as sensitive / delicate eyes...

I have acne prone skin. My friend told me that she had researched products for redness and this was the best so I'm not sure if it is for dry skin. I know that she is also acne prone and does not have dry skin. Anyway, this hasn't made me break out at all. It is soothing when applied and leaves my skin feeling soft.
