I don't know what ingredients it contains but it's the most gentile eye makeup remover I've EVER tried - and it works. My eyes are extremely dry, I use Restasis plus I've had technis eye lenses replacement, and I'm a latisse user. This product is the most gentle product for my eyes that I've been able to try.

Per the Lancome website: AQUA / WATER / EAU, CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, ISOHEXADECANE, SODIUM CHLORIDE, POLOXAMER 184, HEXYLENE GLYCOL, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, BENZYL ALCOHOL, POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, QUATERNIUM-15, BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE, PARFUM / FRAGRANCE, CITRONELLOL, GERANIOL ... But please note that 'artificial' fragrances typically are LESS allergenic than natural ones, due to the volitile and complex nature of natural fragrance compounds. This is why the EU has restricted so many natural fragrance compounds in the last decade from use in perfumery. Also, chemistry means fragrance that is lab-created can be bio-identical to natural compounds - so it may not come from a rose, but the molecules created in a lab will be identical in the molescules extracted from the natural source. (I collect perfume and have done a lot of investigations into this issue - you can find the same information online through mulitple sources.)

I have been using this make up remover for years. It's THE BEST make up remover because it easily removes the waterproof eyeliner and mascara that I wear. In fact, one time my teenage boys were playing around with permanent markers, and one of them ended up with crazy written on his forehead. The ONLY thing that removed it was this make up remover. Although it's very effective, it's also very gentle. I wear contacts and this never irritates my eyes.
Here are the ingredients listed on the bottle: water, cyclopentaciloxane, isohexadecane, sodium chloride, polamer 184, hexlene glycol, dipotassium phosphate, benzyl alcohol, potassium phosphate, quaternium 15, benzalkonium chloride, fragrance, cintronellol, geranol, D28137/1
