I use this on the bottom half of my hair every shampoo and it doesn't weigh it down. (I have long, fine, color-treated hair.

More of an everyday, or every-other-day conditioner. For a weekly treatment, I am currently in love with a sample I got of Phyto Phytocitrus restructuring mask: amazing!

I have fine hair, and I use this product about twice a week. I alternate with other, lighter conditioner. When I do use the product, I leave it on for three minutes for a "deep" treatment. I feel like my hair feels better after I use this, but I think it would be too greasy if I tried to use it every day.

I have normal hair and can use daily. Oily or thin hair probably shouldn't.

I think you can use it everyday, but I use it more 1x a week. It's a little on the rich side and might weigh your hair down. But it is worth the price

It can be used as both. It works great either way. For deep conditioning leave it in longer and/or apply heat.

I really love this conditioner. I also have fine, short, curly hair, but I do not notice just how great this conditioner is until I blow it dry and realize how great my hair feels after its dry.

Yes, this makes hair a dream to comb through. I recommend combing through hair before rinsing the conditioner out.

It's better than most conditioners at detangling, but I still use Ojon Revitalizing Mist (a leave-in) afterwards on my ends. I have long, very fine, tangle-prone hair.

Question
Is it very heavy?
I have fine hair that gets dry and frizzy at the ends. I love the Fresh Soda shampoo and the Pomegranate rinse, but I wondered if I should try this to fight frizz and damage. Is it too heavy to use every shampoo? Has it weighed anyone's hair down?

It's pretty good for detangling, softening, and moisturizing. You can probably use it every day, but I wouldn't use it on the crown/roots every day (just the bottom half of your hair). I use it about every other day. My hair is long, very fine, damage-prone, tangle-prone. I use Ojon Revitalizing Mist (leave-in) afterwards on my ends to help with tangles.

This might be perfect for you. I was afraid it would be too heavy as I have fine hair myself. It is probably best described as medium weight. It helped my frizzies and split ends but I still had my natural wave.

answer 5
It is thick and rich, but doesn't weigh my medium thickness hair down. For fine hair, it might weigh you down with everyday or root to ends use. If you use it every other shampoo and/or apply midshaft to ends, you should be fine.

answer 6
It has weighed my hair down, but that's only when I leave it on for the 5-8 minutes it recommends for a deep conditioning treatment. When I leave it on for only a minute or two, it doesn't weigh my hair down at all, and it works really well! If you're worried about weighing your hair down, I suggest putting it ONLY on the dry ends of your hair. But if you don't leave it on very long, it will most likely be fine. :)
