It's pretty good for detangling, softening, and moisturizing. You can probably use it every day, but I wouldn't use it on the crown/roots every day (just the bottom half of your hair). I use it about every other day. My hair is long, very fine, damage-prone, tangle-prone. I use Ojon Revitalizing Mist (leave-in) afterwards on my ends to help with tangles.

This might be perfect for you. I was afraid it would be too heavy as I have fine hair myself. It is probably best described as medium weight. It helped my frizzies and split ends but I still had my natural wave.

It is thick and rich, but doesn't weigh my medium thickness hair down. For fine hair, it might weigh you down with everyday or root to ends use. If you use it every other shampoo and/or apply midshaft to ends, you should be fine.

answer 6
It has weighed my hair down, but that's only when I leave it on for the 5-8 minutes it recommends for a deep conditioning treatment. When I leave it on for only a minute or two, it doesn't weigh my hair down at all, and it works really well! If you're worried about weighing your hair down, I suggest putting it ONLY on the dry ends of your hair. But if you don't leave it on very long, it will most likely be fine. :)
