Yes. It can. I wear this fragrance only in spring and summer and resort to more vanilla scents in the winter.

I wear it all year round. It is not heavy. It reminds me of walking around in the summertime on a warm day and the smell of fragrant flowers that permeate the air in the heat. I dab a bit on my neck and wrists so it doesn't overpower.

Yes, just use a light hand in applying it. Wearing it on an 85-degree/90 percent humidity day, and it's not overpowering at all.

I love Stella....LOVE it. Its my main perfume. I generally wear it more in the winter, but no reason to wear in the summer. It has staying power. As far as getting sweaty in it, not sure as I'm not a super active person.

answer 9
I won't use this during summer time :-/ Even though it's a good perfume, I think it's too strong for summer.... Maybe it's good for summer night, when you are going to clubbing or dating..... I personally won't use this during summer time. Paul smith's Rose or Jo Malone's Red Rose are better for summer time because they are light and fresh. This one is thick, strong and sexy but not "fresh"...

I had gotten this in a roller ball, even though it was very small and convenient, i do not recommend getting a roller ball because the part of the glass tube where you screw on the cap breaks very easily, i had perfume and glass all through my purse!!

The roll on stick is the best. It's inexpensive, can be used directly on the skin and is portable and good for travel. This only looks good on the vanity. I usually tend to buy the roller balls of perfumes I usually wear because they are the best option.

The original, Stella, is definitely the better choice. I've been using Stella for half a year now and when I compared it to the Stella Sheer, I wasn't as pleased with the scent. Give Stella a try and you'll probably fall in love. (;

Stella Sheer is lighter than the Stella EDP which is grounded by amber. Of the Stella scents that are currently out, Sheer is the lightest scent (although the EDP is by no means heavy).

Great question! I use both, not at the same time, of course, but I guess you could try it. I could not say whether one is better than the other, that is a matter of opinion. But, I'm partial to Stella...don't tell Donatella I said that...and change off with Bright Crystal.

No. Most perfumes are suspended in a liquid base such as alcohol. The alcohol evaporates before it touches your skin if you spray it correctly however.
