I use this daily and it does not sting my eyes at all.
This has an awesome build-able formula and therefore does not flake as easily.....not even very much on the next morning!(bad me, I know)
If you have light colored, not very curly and skimpy lashes and you want gorgeous "full feathery lashes" fast ...look no further!
I have bought most mascara's that are priced below the 25 dollar range and imo, this is the best out of them all.
This really does lengthen, volumizes and finds every lil' lash for that "feathery dark full look" we all die for.

If I try to put on more than one thick coat, it does flake as the day goes on. But it's good for a few hours.

I have VERY sensitive eyes and can't even wear some of the supposedly gentle Clinique mascaras without getting red, stinging and teary eyes. But this one and also Diorshow don't burn or irritate my eyes at all.

From what I can tell, this mascara is NOT water proof or water resistant. Too Faced, Lash injection would be a similar brush, but with a water proof component, since the actual formula is different (forms tubes over lashes). I highly suggest CG professional mascara, which also comes in water proof, so far it has been my go to mascara and has knocked out all of the prestige brands.

I have thick long and extremely straight eye lashes. Before I use this mascara, I curl my eyelashes then I apply the mascara. Sometimes I go back once the mascara has dried and curl them again but this isn't necessary. I've never had a problem with Bad Gal mascara weighing down or straightening out my curled lashes.

I think you would be happy with this product on your long lashes. I get all the volume needed with BadGal without the weight of some of those other mascaras. For me, I've stopped curling my lashes all together and rely on BadGal to add volume and length.

The brushes are way different. I'd say that Bad Gal offers much more definition, moderate volume, but They're Real kind of adds more drama/volume and in my experience clumps lashes together but in a very good way. They're both good but it depends on what you want.

For myself personally, I didn't like They're Real as much as I love Bad Gal. They're Real has a wetter formula and a different applicator. In my experience I've found that They're Real gives my lashes nice length, but not as much volume as I prefer, while Bad Gal gives me both length and volume. I also didn't like They're Real's wetter formula because I found that it made my lashes more clumpy than Bad Gal and it took the mascara longer to set. I think it really boils down to personal preference; They're Real wasn't an awful product by any means, I just prefer the look/texture of Bad Gal.

I use both They're Real and BADgal, and I think They're Real is better for special occasions--it makes your lashes super long (almost like you're wearing fakes), especially when you use the brush as directed, both horizontally and vertically--but I find it dries kind of stiff and is hard to take off, even with a makeup remover. It irritates my lashes when used too often. BADgal is awesome for everday, but still has a nice volumizing and lengthening effect.

I use (and love) both mascaras. I use BADgal as my daytime mascara - it's super defining and soft and your lashes look beautiful and full in a very natural way. They're Real is a great mascara if you prefer a more dramatic lash look or are getting ready for an evening out. They're Real is super volumizing and glamorous but requires a bit more dedication to keep lashes separated.

I've tried both. I went in to buy BADgal and the sales woman talked me into trying They're Real and I was so disappointed with it. It clumped my lashes together and made them spidery. I don't even think I finished it before I went and bought a drugstore brand until I could get back to Sephora and get BADgal! I've been using it for around 6 years now and it's by far my favorite.

I have tried the BADgal mascara but not the other. As far as BADgal I would say its not any better than any other mascara. It definately dont make you look like your wearing false lashes as it claims. It becomes very dry, and is way over priced. I would probably try the one by Too Faced because BADgal was nothing great,I wouldnt buy it again.

I wasn't overly impressed with either, but now after trying both brands, I would say go with the lash injection over the badgal, because I found that I got more volume and length with the lash injection. The major downfall of the lash injection is that you have very little time between coats, because the mascara dries very quickly, and so it can cause a clumpy look if you do not work fast enough. The badgal mascara was about as good as dollar store mascara I've tried, and I'm not even kidding. I have naturally long lashes, but found that this mascara just didn't do anything for my lashes, and honestly I thought it made them look worse than with no mascara on at all (I don't have dark lashes either).

BADGal Lash is the best mascara, hands down. I've only ever used the original (black) formula. A good second choice is Too Faced Lash Injection but it requires an extra coat or two beyond what BADGal Lash gives with just 1-2 coats. Too Faced Lash Injection goes on thinner, and not in a good way. So if you run out of BADGal rest assured you can create a similar look with Too Faced but it will take longer. Good luck!

DEFINITELY, definitely Too Faced! BADgal used to be my go-to mascara, but since I discovered Lash Injection a couple of years ago, I have faithfully used that; nothing I have tried has ever come close to Too Faced. It's the best one I have ever used for bold, dramatic, fake-looking eyelashes. I think BADgal is a great mascara - really - it's just not the best (for me) in terms of creating really dramatic lashes.
