Define natural... aluminum is an element so the chemist in me balks at the distinction. If you want one without any aluminums that works, there's a stone crystal that comes in spray form and in a rock - I know L'Occitane has at least the rock.
Here is a complete ingredient list, in order (so from highest percentage to lowest): water, aluminum chlorohydrate, propylene glycol, methyl gluceth-20-hydroxyethylcellulose, rosemary leaf oil, litsea cubea fruit oil, lemon peel oil, eucalyptus leaf oil, lavender oil, cardamom oil, ppg-26-buteth-26, phenoxyethanol,, tetrasodium EDTA, limonene, citral, linalool, geraniol

no. just pure and natural
It has Aluminium chlorohydrate which is defined as a group of salts having the general formula AlnCl(3n-m)(OH)m. It is used in deodorants and antiperspirants and as a flocculant in water purification.

Yes, it does have aluminum - it's listed as the 2nd ingredient so that means quite a bit.
