Sides of the neck and wrists since this is extremely candy coated, spraying this on your pulse points where heats radiates will help the perfume last longer and develop better, don't over spray or it will choke you.

answer 2
The best way to get a scent to last all day or longer is to pair it with its scent lotion or an unscented lotion for a more subtle scent. Spray the perfume at your pulse points (aka thumb side of wrist, neck, just outside your armpits, inner thigh and inner ankle). Those spots tend to generate the most heat, especially those toward the center of your body, and will radiate the scent!

A good way to make sure it lasts is to first apply an unscented lotion to wherever you're spraying this, and while it's wet, spray it on. It makes it last so much longer for some reason.

Hi,

Anyone can enjoy this fragrance. It smells great on my Mom who is well over 50. It's light and fun, and perhaps, emotionally better suited to those of us who remember the old-fashioned childhoods that kids today don't have the opportunity to experience. You can always get a sample from Sephora, if you're unsure. I really like this fragrance. While I used to have a signature fragrance, in the past few years, I have a variety I prefer, so this might be one that you don't use everyday. Remember that saying, "You're as young as you feel?" Well, this is one of those fragrances that are emotionally youthful.

Hope this helps.

I think this scent can be worn by anybody, at any age. If your chemistry works with it, there's nothing to worry about.

I don't think anyone is going to look at you and think "Why's a 50 year old wearing this?". I think they'll think "Wow, she smells good! I wonder what she's wearing?"

I agree wear what makes you happy. always! But with that said... I do feel that this scent is really one note and is super sweet, which reminds me of little girl perfume. I like it for certain occasions but usually layer it with something a little more complex

I'm 50 years old and have worn it for at least a year now. My neice asked me what it was and "borrows" it every time she comes over, so I got her one as well. I wouldn't wear it for going out or at night, but for casual daytime wear, it's great!

Question
Is this fragrance similar to V.S. discontinued Blossoming Romance
I am searching for a new fragrance since Victoria's Secret discontinued it's Secret Garden Blossoming Romance line. I bought up all I could on Ebay but I am now completely out. It had a sweet candy scent w/a hint of fruit and vanilla. I am desparately looking for something similar as I cannot wear strong scents.
The closest thing I have found thus far is Raspberry Vanilla at B&B Works but it still didn't quite have the scent I was looking for.
If anyone could answer this question I would truly appreciate it. I don't live close enough to a Sephora to sample Pink Sugar but it sounds exactly like what I am seeking. I am very tempted to order it online and give it a try!!!
Any opinion is welcome!
Thank You!

The answer is, it depends on your body chemistry. If you've got a Sephora nearby, or any major department store, you should go in and try it out. You can also find sample vials online of it. :)

On me, I don't really get the Vanilla note. I get a very complex, red fruity, juicy, cotton candy scent that's hard to describe. It's wonderful and beautiful, and very sweet. But the reviews also have people getting burnt plastic smell... so I think it's better to be safe, and test it out!

Pink sugar is definitely a good choice, it is very very sweet and cotton candy/vanilla like, it has fruity notes but you can't really smell the fruit in it..
Pink sugar sensual is also a really good one, but is more of a musky sweet smell so the sugaryness of it isn't as strong as pink sugar but nonetheless still sweet, so if you looking for the utmost sweetness pink sugar is a great way to go, but if you still want lots of the yummy vanilla sweetness just not as full headon, pink sugar sensual would be great.

Yes! My bottle leaked all over the stuff in my purse and stained the satin lining! I don't know if my old bottle would have leaked because I never tried to carry it in my purse. Maybe the rollerball version won't leak, but every time I smell it in the store it smells less fragrant than the "original," maybe because it has a pink dye in it and the original doesn't?

Definitely. This is a very young scent, and it would be perfect for 13 or maybe even younger. Just a tip: for the younger ones, you might not want such a heavy scent, and you don't want to spend much money on it, so the body spritzer is a large bottle (i've had mine for two years and its still more than half full, and i use it a lot...), and it's very lightly scented. Wonderful.

This usually happens to sweet smelling perfumes. The ingredients are rotting and if it isn't used in a while, that usually happens. It may be expired! I got a rash once from spraying yellow-ish perfume on myself.

I purchased a set that had the hair fragrance in it. If drying products are an issue for your hair you should note the hair product has alcohol as its main ingredient. I would think if you are happy using the body spritz you should keep using it for you and your hair. One less product to take up space - smiles!! Plus, heads will turn if pink sugar is wafting from you and your hair no matter if it took one or two products to apply it! Have a happy day!

If you have the perfume, you really don't need the hair spritzer. Lightly spray the perfume into your hair by holding it about a foot and a half away from your hair. A couple mists should do the trick, and it'll last all day.
