I have oily combination skin and it works great. I little goes a long way. I would be cautious on how much you put in the oily areas. I use Clinque Pore minimizer t-zone shine control in those areas and it seems to work great for me. I hope that you have the same luck that I have.

It is a little greasy, but I believe it would still work well for oily or combination skin because it doesn't clog the pores or cause breakouts. Plus it's a great daily moisturizer with sunscreen.

I have dry skin, but it did leave my skin rather shiny so I don't think it's good for already oily skin if you're more after a matte look.

Yes, even though it's a creme it's very lightweight and it absorbs quickly without the heavy, thick residue. It give the right amount of moisture during winter days to oily skin that needs just enough moisture without being greasy. The SPF is added benefit.

I think it would be good for all skin types, but you may want to buy a moisturizer than specifies as being for dry skin so you know that it'll be hydrating enough.

It has enough moisture for oily skin during the winter days. It might be good for some dry skins but I am not sure. I would suggest getting a sample first before you buy. That's one of the great beauties of Sephora where you can sample things first!

It's a combo of yellow-white, but neither color. It has a herbally smell, very natural. Shouldn't have an "off" smell, so if you think it does, please return it! Always go with your instinct on products like this!!

Question
Parabens?
It says that it's formulated without parabens but listed in the ingredients is propylparaben. Isn't that a type of paraben?

From the FDA website:
"The Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) reviewed the safety of methylparaben, propylparaben, and butylparaben in 1984 and concluded they were safe for use in cosmetic products at levels up to 25%. Typically parabens are used at levels ranging from 0.01 to 0.3%"

answer 4
Absolutely YES>. Do not be suprised with brands that say they are all paraben-free but you read the ingredients and they have sneaked in some poly or methyl paraben at the very end. I have experienced the same with Decleor also, which is once of France's oldest paraben-free touting companies. Read the fine-print ALWAYS!

The listed ingredients block UVB rays except for oxybenzone, which blocks some, but not all UVA rays. To be effective against UVA rays, it would need to contain avobenzone, ecamsule (a.k.a. Mexoryl™), oxybenzone, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide. avobenzone, ecamsule, titanium dioxide, or zinc oxide, which it does not.

This may not answer your question, but I'd really go with what the box says and assume sephora made a mistake. I bought this thinking it was paraban free also, but it's apparently not.
