I have sensitive, highly reactive, acne prone skin and it has never caused me to break out. Everyone's different, but I would say it's safe enough to at least try it.

I have not had any problems, and I am acne prone to begin with. At first I was concerned as the product is so velvety that it feels almost "oily", but, like I said, I have not had any problems.

Is this too hydrating for oily skin?
I have oily, acne-prone skin and I'm not sure if I can add this to my daily routine or substitute this as a moisturizer.

It may be. I have sensitive, acne prone skin that is all at once dry and oily - leaning more toward the dry side. I usually stop using it in the summer months.
