I have experienced AMAZING and unbelieveable results in one week! If someone else were saying this, I would not believe it. I advise that you go in store and get a large sample to try. (That's what I did). My fine lines and wrinkles are greatly softened and my dark circles are diminished by at least 50%. I will be buying this cream. It's pricey, but to me it's worth it.

For puffiness and fine lines, the results were almost immediate. Unfortunately, I have heard that it may take as much as 10 months to see results in the dark circle department.

I'm thinking that you may be sensitive or allergic to one of the ingredients because I am sensitive myself and have not experienced any of those issues. Check the ingredient list and see if there is something you have not used before...ask a derm if perhaps you are allergic. I think this is the best eye cream I've ever used.

I have pretty sensitive skin and it did not do this to me. I would decrease the frequency of the use for a while and if that doesn't work, take it back. You may be allergic to something in the product.

Instead of rubbing, I gently tap it under my eyes until the pearls either burst or dissolve. It seems to absorb really quickly. I really think this is the best eye cream I've ever used.

I apply a small amount from outer eye. Sometimes the pearl shows and then I continue motion from outer eye to in and pearl dissolves. They are there to help those dark circles!

If you pat the product around the eye area and then old the tip of your finger over the pearls for a few seconds, they pop and release whatever in the world is in them and completely dissolve from the body heat of your finger tips. Then just pat a little more.

I squash them with the back for my fingernail, leave them there for a couple of minutes, then remove them when the rest of the stuff dries by scooping them up with my fingernail. (it's all about the fingernails) However, clearly, I'm no expert on these matters.

Am using this product for over 2 weeks and I have not seen any visible difference. I am told I need to use it sparingly (I've used up more than 1/4 in the short time I have it which is a bit distressing since it costs $100 a pop), but am anxious to see some results. In the beginning it stung a bit, but now it is better when I apply it. Do I need to use it both morning and night?

I use it morning and night. I put it on right after washing my face. My skin is still a little damp. I don't glob it on but I put enough on to where I don't have to rub a lot to get it spread. I have sensitive skin and this product hasn't stung at all. If you start using it twice a day, you may want to take it slow. You may be allergic or be sensitive to one of the ingredients.
I've used a little over half the jar in maybe 5 weeks but I'm also putting on my upper lip and chin. I've gotten great results with this product.

I can only tell you that I do use this sparingly both day and night and after one week of use, the results have been amazing! My fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and my dark circles are diminished by at least 50%. I "pat" it into my undereye area by day and "pat" it all over both top and bottom at night. I love this stuff. It's the ONLY eyecream that I have ever used that has given me the results as promised. Don't give up!

I don't think it has any concealing properties. It my contain a brightener. Even after washing my face, I can see that my dark circles are greatly diminished after using this for only one week. My understanding is that this is a treatment cream and not cosmetic.

No, this product is not a concealer but a cream to help dark circles seem much less visible. I sometimes use a sun block over product and then usue a concealer afterwards.

Definitely not conceler (no tint)..this is a light cream that helps puffyness. Some feel it also helps deminish dark circles...it did not work like that for me. It does feel like a vitamin boost...there is a slight sting--kinda like a vitamin facial for the eyes.

When I need to de-puff the eye area, I use Power K on lids and all completely around the eye...works like a charm! So far, hasn't helped with dark circles, though.

I don't use concealer very often on the eye area but when I have used this product in tandem with same, the results did not seem to work well and concealer pilled a bit. Maybe it is just the type of concealer I use (which is Estee Lauder's Double Wear concealer) - maybe you would have better luck with your brand.

I am using this primarily for the dark circle issues I have, but in a weeks time I can see an amazing difference in my eyes. The fine lines and wrinkles are most definitely diminished and my dark circles are 50% reduced already. I will use this from now on.

It does absorb quickly. The one thing I liked was that it didn't leave an oily residue like a lot of under eye creams do. But, the first couple of times I used it , it did sting a little bit. But after a couple of uses, the stinging stopped.

I have hereditary dark circles as well. While I haven't seen a remarkable difference in them just yet, I have read and heard from one of the Sephora girls that it can take months to really see a difference, so since it is making such a big difference in my puffiness and fine lines in the meantime, I will continue with this product for a good while, I think.
