I use the cleansing oil to remove all my makeup, especially around my eyes. Then wash it off then use my regular cleanser with my clarisonic. I think it would leave residue on the clarisonic.

Thank you so much! That's exactly what I thought would happen.

Personally, I have not had a good experience with a facial oil cleanser plus my Clarrisonic. I like Josie Maran's cleansing oil, &I love my Clarisonic. I wondered how it would work if I used them together. I gave it a try (multiple times), but it was not a pleasant experience. The cleansing oil does not glide smoothly on the face when using my Clarisonic. In fact the cleanser starts "pilling" if that makes sense. I did not want to give up, so I tried with less water, then more water (on different days), but all in all....I personally found that I have to save the cleansing oil for times I do not use my Clarisonic. I found it messy the oil based cleanser gets thick and difficult to maneuver as the oil builds up in the brush head, etc. . Long story short, I do not recommend using cleansing oil w/ the Clarisonic after several failed tries. I wish I could use them together sine I love the Clarisonic (6 phenomenal years) and I truly like the cleansing oil by JM. Just not together.
