Use a primer, I also use Anastasia powder for my sparse eyebrows but before applying I use MACs Painterly paint pot. That's what I use but any good primer should work. Good luck!

I would go to a good permanent makeup artist and get them tattooed on. It usually costs around 200-500 for a set a brows. To find the best artist, call a plastic surgeon and ask for the number of the person who does their post facelift brow tattoos.

I don't think there are any other colors, I use the lighter of the two colors available. I have medium brown hair with grey throughout and a fair skin and this color works for me. The blonde-y I use is a light brown. Maybe the other pencil which is for brunettes might work for you. If not you can always return it. As you probably know Sephora is good at that. Hope this helps.

I recommend using Urban Decay's regular Eyeshadow Primer Potion on your brows (a light application and let it dry first) before applying the eyebrow pencil. Urban Decay's primer potion sets in eye makeup for hours, so it should solve your problem.

i have over plucked eyebrows that never grew back as well! i use the too faced eyebrow kit and it is seriously the best thing i have ever used.. but i don't use the wax, and my brows have stayed on all day. so maybe it's the wax that's making it fade? good luck !

Are you loading up on moisturizer??? It sounds like you might have too oily of a base to start with. Make sure your using an oil free moisturizer. If you use foundation I would recommend PUR mineral products… very light and clean. Try Too Faced Brownies pencil. It's fantastic! Beautiful natural color. Glides on very smoothly and fills in great. Try lightly dusting Too Faced Absolutely Invisible Translucent Pressed Powder over after application of the brow pencil. Good luck =0)

I have dark brown hair and black eyebrows. I hate the black look of eyebrows for myself so I use the Browne-y with light strokes and it doesn't darken. It just fills in. If you use too light a shade you may make your eyebrow hairs look grey.

I always just used hair dyE to make my brows lighter use a lighter shade than Ur hair color just leave it on for a short amount of time

The lighter shade is a very soft brown, but I'm not sure it will make your brows look lighter. You can always try it and if it's not what you are looking for you can return it. Hope this helps.

If you order the shade Blonde-y, it will probably lighten your brow color. I have really light blonde hair and fair skin and this is the only brow pencil I've found that is light enough for me. It isn't super-light, but a lot lighter than the usual light brown brow pencils out there, so this should work for you!

Go ahead and try the blonde. I too have very dark eyebrows and before I bought Brownie, I was using Blonde and it wasn't affecting the color of my eyebrows at all. Hope this helps.

what you need to do is go to a salon or spa and get them just LIGHTLY lightened. a pencil will make it look like you have makeup on top of them. its usually pretty inexpensive and lasts for a long time too.

I use the blondie-y (lighter color of the two). I'm alot older than your daughter, but I have brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin. No, it is two sided. One side is the pencil and the other is a brush. It doesnt seem like a lot, but one pencil has lasted me over a year and a half, anf I use it everyday! It can be sharpened down to nothing.

I recommend the shade Blonde-y. It's good for fair skin. The color is a light-medium brown, that is very pigmented and lasts all day. It works really good for my fair skin. It isn't too light or too dark - just right!

I would try Brownie. My eyebrows are very dark and it works well for me. I really like how smooth it goes on and has a brow brush on the other end so I don't have to fumble in my makeup bag looking for the other brush!
