Questions & Answers for Philosophy Pink Almond Candy Lip Balm

I got this yesterday in mail...ordered is very cute, but i cannot figure out how to get the TOP off to use the product! Whenever I twist or turn the top, it comes completely off the base.....Surely, you don't use it from the botton of the inside of the top - with you finger?! PLEASE HELP!

Am laughing because I thought I was the only one who couldn't figure it out. Hold the bottom tight and unscrew the top.

It should twist off. It's possible that it may be suck. Try lightly tapping it against a hard surface to help loosen it up a bit.
