They could be. It would depend upon preferences.

I found them both to be somewhat too feminine for a man. Neither is especially feminine, though

I think the Orange Sanguine could easily be unisex. It's VERY citrusy without a lot of flower notes, so a man or woman could easily wear it. The vanilla is a bit more feminine, but not overly so.

Orange Sanguine definitely is. Vanille Insensee does have some decidedly feminine characteristics, but could possibly be worn by a man.
I would consider these fragrances unisex. They are a little too masculine for me the vanilla I did not like at all there was absolutely nothing about the smell of it that I like to have nothing good to say about that. The orange spice was too spicy and smelled masculine to me while some women may like it for me it smelled really masculine so I would say yes this is a unisex cologne
