Yes, it does come to a point on the bottom. It doesn't have much "give" as far as width.

answer 2
the bag doesn't have any width across the bottom, it's like an envelope. I was however able to fit quite a few items in it since the material is flxible.

Comes to a point. If you are filling it with small bottles then they pretty much sit in the middle of the bag.

It is pointed at the bottom, not flat.

Bag comes to point at bottom seam, very similar to a quart size zip lock bag.

answer 6
The bag is flat all around ... And the bottom is stitched across but will widen when you start filling it up.... It probably won't hold quite as much as a good ziplock but it is great quality so if anything leaks during takeoff or landing .... Things like perfume that is very liquid I would wrap in plastic wrap first them use this bag ...if it isn't big enough for you use a ziplock for the airport check point then out the really liquid things in the sephora one after the check point so if things leak it will stay in the bag :) hope this helped

It's two sides that lay flat against each other, like a ziploc. There's no width at the bottom.

No width at the bottom, just a seam.

answer 9
It comes to a point at the seam; there is no expansion at the bottom. However, the material is soft and flexible, which makes up for that aspect to some degree.

The width comes to a point at the bottom- just like a reqular ziploc bag. This is the same dimensions as a ziploc quart bag, just turned sideways (it's longer than it is tall).

Question
Capacity?
It seems to be very thin on the sides (flat almost). Would it have the same capacity (and endurance) as a ZipLock bag or the Sephora Ziplock like bags?
Thanks!

Has the same capacity as a ziplock; is made of sturdy material but the zip is not strong enough and will pop off if it is too full

answer 2
I think the capacity would be about the same as a standard size ziplock bag. Laying flat, it has more capacity - but the way that it is connected on the sides, it isn't as flexible. The left and right sides stay flat even when you put products in it, whereas a ziplock will open as a pouch (for greater capacity). the plastic is definitely WAY better - stronger, waterproof, tearproof - so that's why I prefer it for travel.

Same size as ziplock (quart size). The material is more durable, but the zipper isn't super sturdy (so don't pull on it too roughly).

It has the same capacity as a quart sized ziploc, but the zipper came off of mine immediately. I would stick with the ziploc.

Hi it's not quite as much room as a ziplock but much better quality .... Yes it is flat all around .... Maybe use a regular ziplock to go through the check point at the airport the take the really liquid things like perfume in the sephora bag so if anything leaks during takeoff or landing it will stayed contained in. The sephora bag also another trick is to wrap really liquid things in plastic wrap :) hope this helps

Capacity is one quart. Less sturdy than the ziplocs the airports hands out for free, in my experience.

Is the bag clear?
Is this bag clear or white? I wanted to know since TSA regulations require you to bring a clear 1-quart bag for your liquids. Thanks!

The bag is cloudy but is great for travel liquids I just used it for a trip to St Maarten :) I don't check luggage so all my liquids and my husbands were split between 2 of these bags :) it is thicker than a ziplock bag so good if anything leaks but may not have quite as much room as a ziplock bag does.... If it isn't enough room use a regular ziplock yo go through the check point at the airport then put the really liquid things in the sephora bag because things can sometimes leak at takeoff and landing .... I also wrap very liquid things like perfume in clear plastic wrap to avoid leakage too :) hope this helps

It's semi-transparent. Basically if you had a bottle in there you could see the dimensions/shape, but not necessarily the writing on it.

answer 7
It is not white, although I would not describe it exactly as clear. It is transparent for sure though. No one would have any problems seeing the contents, and reviewers have stated that they have had no problems going through screening with it.

Bag does not open very "wide". Top with zipper is probably about 4 inch across and 5 inch down. Big enough for small items, but for feminine products I would say not.
