It is synthetic and it is awesome! I love it and cannot recommend strongly enough. It is the perfect amount of flexible and strong and small enough to get perfect application.

Perhaps, depending on what you are looking for. I always had trouble getting precise application with a dome-shaped crease blender, but this brush lets me put colour exactly where I want it, without ending up all muddy and messy. I still use a separate dome-shaped blender when I want a very blended look, whereas this lets me get more precise lines.
