Yes - it's perfect. Try the 10-minute mask first to see how you like it and if your skin is still parched, try using it as an overnight mask. Your skin will drink it up!!

I have combination acne prone skin with a frustrating dry patch on my cheek. After using this every other day, my skin has become incredibly smooth with very little residual redness. After rinsing it off, I still use my regular moisturizer, but it has resolved that dry patch which my moisturizer could not do alone. In short, it works VERY WELL in combination with the right finishing moisturizer.

I would say no. I have very dry skin, and I found this product completely ineffective. I ended up returning.

Yes!-Very much so, but standing alone it may fall short of all the specific needs you may be seeking. If you are truly a dry skin, this product would be best used at night over your night cream, as an added moisture barrier (similar to an overnight mask). ENJOY!

It helped my dry skin quite a bit. I have sensitive skin as well. This reduced redness and ended a dry patch on my cheek, too. I don't like it as a mask. I love it as a night-time moisturizer. keep it in the fridge for a soothing burst, too.

I also have very sensitive skin, just about everything either makes me break out horribly or makes my face turn bright red and itchy.

This mask didn't do any of those things. In fact I think it helps calm those problems. I tend to use this after other masks or if I have dry flaky spots from acne products and I've never had any bad reaction to it at all.

It's expensive so make sure you go into a Sephora and ask for a sample first. That way you can test it out and make sure your skin doesn't freak out before you purchase it.

I have very sensitive skin, there are many product I can't use but this is really great. I would suggest buying the pack was the mini jars to try it out. I would also suggest testing a small amount on s small patch of skin right in front of your ear the area is more sensitive then your chin. I know if I break out there not to think about trying it on the rest of my face. If you have a reaction it's still not that noticeable

Yes. I have hyper-sensitive skin that burns or stings with many products. This I could leave on overnight without rinsing off.

Question
Is it bad not to refrigerate the mask?
I received a sample of this mask in a tube, and I have never used this product (or one like this) before, so I am not sure if I need to refrigerate this mask? Is it bad if I do not refrigerate it?

You can use it without refrigerating it, it just works better as a soothing gel if you refrigerate it first. Doing that gives you a nice cooling sensation that heated skin so desperately needs.

Hi there, refrigerating this mask is optional, the integrity of the product itself won't be compromised if you do not refrigerate it. This mask already gives a cooling sensation but we recommend refrigerating the mask if you'd like an extra-cool treatment!

Generally with masks you don't need to refrigerate them, in fact I've never hear of anyone refrigerating a mask before. However, that's just what I know to be true. You shouldn't keep it for over 6 months without using it though.

I would say yes, it's a good option for oily skin since it's not greasy or heavy on the skin.

I have very oily, sensitive, acne prone skin. I use this after other masks since most of my other masks can leave my skin a little tight-feeling (such as sulfur masks or detoxifying clay masks). I also use it if I have been using a lot of acne products that tend to dry me out. I find it helps put some moisture back into my skin. I even leave a light layer on overnight once in a while if my skin is feeling dry. Oily skin needs just as much moisture as dry skin; if you deprive oily skin moisture it produces even more oil.

answer 5
This mask is good for oily skin that is "OILY WITH A DRY SURFACE" This mask alone will not eliminate acne, but it will eliminate the irritation, redness and swelling that acne causes. This mask is great when used in tandem with a Sulphur Mask, or for anyone who finds that their only effective acne mask has a tendency to "dry them out."

My opinion, it would not harm the product as it does not have to be refrigerated. As long as you don't freeze it.

I leave it in the fridge all the time, only take it out to grab some product from the jar, and put it straight back in. Never had an issue with this (I think because of the gel formulation).

I believe it's safe for under eye use because it's a moisturizing mask rather than something that's acidic like a glycolic. I put it on my under eyes and it seems fine.

Yes! If you haven't had a good nights sleep and your eyes are puffy, or irritated from allergies, put this on after your normal eye cream at night.

I use it everyday, at night, after I let my moisturizer dry. I know you can use it in place of a moisturizer, but in my opinion it works better if you use a moisturizer first, let that dry, and than put this on as the last step in your nightly routine. I love it in combination with Shiseido's Ibuki Refining Moisturizer Enriched.
