Yes. It's not an automatic eyeliner pencil, so it'll have to be sharpened.

Yes. This is a standard pencil, not like the NARS pencil that you twist up.

Truly that is absurd. I am quite sure PETA would have quite a problem with this!!! How horrible to put on a poor defenseless animal. They can't even tell you if it effects them, surely a problem with their eyes from makeup would make one feel rotten in even thinking of applying to YOUR animal--- unless your man IS your pet!!!
