Yes, you can definitely use them for that. But, if you tend to sweat a lot, take a look at your skin care products.

I wouldn't recommend using them for actual liquid sweat on your face. If you have some shininess/increased oiliness from exercising, I'd recommend using a towel to wipe away any actual beads of sweat and using these after.

Yes, for me at least. From my experience it absorbs both sweat and oil from the face.

I have used these blotting papers when I perspire lightly. They are great for removing excess moisture.

These sheets are designed to control oil, however you can use them gently to help control perspiration :).

Do they have powder in them?
I know the other Boscia blotting sheets don't have powder in them. I want to know if this linens do have powder in them. Thank you very much.

No, there is no powder. These are pretty standard blotting linens.

As far as I see, no it doesn't. Anyways, nothing from the blotting sheet transfers to the face; the linen only absorbs the oil.
