SEPHORA COLLECTION Pro Visionary Bullet Crease Brush #221

What it is: A short, tapered blending brush with ultrasoft, natural bristles. What it does: This brush allows for application of a deeper shadow color into the crease to add depth and create the illusion of larger eyes. Dense bristles allow for maximum control and are perfect for working into the crease.

Questions & Answers for SEPHORA COLLECTION Pro Visionary Bullet Crease Brush #221

Question
Hooded Eyelid?
My crease is super close to my lashline and my lids are super skinny. Normally, I hesitate to use "crease brushes" because they tend to be bigger than me lid, so I normally stick to your average thin, flat shadow brush for crease (using skinny side). It would overwhelm my eye. Would this brush work as a solution to this?

If you only put shadow on the tip of the brush, I think this could be perfect for you. When I do that, I get a very hard crease, which from what you have described is exactly what you need. If you put shadow on more than just the tip of the brush you may not like the results.

Question
How to open?
How the heck do you open this brush (221?) I can't get the plastic cap to slide down, like the sticker suggests with the word "open" and the arrow pointing down. I have the top to the cap open (not that stupid thankfully), but apparently I'm not bright enough to figure out what to do from there. Please help! I want to use this brush so bad!

I agree it was hard to get the cap off at first. You basically have to push down on it. I did it against my hand so that I didn't ruin the brush.

I had the same problem when I first got this. It took a lot of effort to push the top off of it the first two times, but it gets easier. I put the end down on a table and just really forced the top off of it, I'm not sure there really is another way :(

Question
flat or rounded tip?
Is this brush head flat, or is it rounded like a true bullet brush? The fact that it is a bullet brush would lead me to believe it is round, but in the photo it looks like it might be a flat headed brush, more like a regular shadow brush or a concealer brush. Thanks, in advance, for any help!

This is definitely bullet shaped. It isn't super pointy on top which I find to be perfect to blend out the crease shadows if you are not looking for a sharp crease. There is nothing flat about this brush though.
