Question
Is one pod for both eyes ok
I just got this and seems like at 2-3 days a wk its going to go quick. For such a high price that may be hard to maintain. I was wondering if anyone has used the one pod for both eyes vs the one for each has noticed a difference in the results? Thanks!

There's enough product in one of the pods to use it on both eyes. Save yourself the money and use a single pod for both eyes unless you notice you need to use the second pod.

I have used both pods for both eyes. It's way too much of the product around both eyes. Given the cost of the BrightMud, it makes it even less cost efficient if you use both pods at one time! Using one pod is sufficient in producing the same results as using two.

I use only 1 pod per eye. I feel like one pod has enough product to use it for both eyes and if I use both pods for both eyes, I feel as if it is too much product on my eyes. For the price, I would probably only use one pod for both eyes, just to save you more product. I felt like the results were just as satisfying using only one pod for both eyes. Hope this helped!

I definitely use one pod per eye as anything more would be too much. I watched a few videos online and they also used one pod per eye.

I get atleast 3 applications per eye and I use about 3 times a week. It would be very expensive to use one pod per application, which I think is what the directions indicate.

I only use one pod per use. I tried using one pod on each eye and it was a waste. I got the same effect using just 1 for both eyes.

No, not on your eyelids. If you look under the product image there is a short video that describes the properties and it shows where on the eye you can put the product. It's kind of just a backward c-shape around the eye.

I certainly did lol yes I'm fairly sure that it is meant for the whole eye area. Be careful to obviously not get it into your eye. I did not feel any irritation while I did the treatment and I do have sensitive skin that's why I stick with Boscia.

It says you can use it around the "orbital" eye... I don't know what this means but I used it on my eyelids and had no negative effects or burning :)

Only on your upper eye and under eyes. Not the eyelids I was told!

answer 6
The information says below eyes or "orbital eye", which is following the bone structure around your eye. You can use it above eyes, as well, but I wouldn't recommend using it very far down the upper eyelid because it stings a bit more on that sensitive area.

I use one side left or right every morning. Huge difference in the undereye area. Each day circles are lighter. Wonderful moisturing affect as well. Now using about 50% less concealer under eyes. Would not be without this product.

Make sure you use each pod side for the entire under eye.
I tried to use one side of the pod for both eyes and I was not getting the results.
Now that I am using the entire pod for each eye, it took about a month, twice a week, and I am successfully seeing results.
It lasts about 2 days, but I use Cold plasma under eye cream daily with Boscia gel and I am getting great results

I have very bad circles..purple to reddish at times. It's hereditary for me unfortunately. I also have the lovely hereditary bags setting in.I have been using this for at least a few months now every 2 days,1 pod per eye. I really don't think it has done anything for my under eye circles. It does seem to help with some puffiness the days I use it. I'm really debating if I will keep purchasing after reading more reviews.

Question
what does it means do not allow product to dry. If product dries, wash off with water
Hi, can I know what does it means do not allow product to dry. If product dries, wash off with water please?
Does it means do not let the mask dry on the eye area? else need to rinse off? coz I tried on my entire both eyes, after I tapped for a while, it is not as damp as like the other blogger pictures, it was more dry or not so many residue like other bloggers. Therefore, I rinse them off with water. Im not sure whether the way i used is correct or not. :(

I use the BrightMud in the mornings. I leave it on for 3 mins. It did dry up on me once. This was because the heater was on in my house. I used a cotton ball and dampened it with water. The product wiped off easily. The results from the eye treatment where still there. The eye treatment should be left on and removed with water only if it dries up. Possibly your skin is somehow soaking in the product at a faster rate.

How long are you leaving the product on your eyes? I leave the product on my eyes for about 3 minutes and time myself to make sure I'm not leaving the product for longer than that. After my 3 minutes is up, the product is still damp but has a "tacky" texture before I remove it. I'm not exactly sure why yours is drying so quickly - my only question is if you are leaving the product on too long and the effect of that is that it is drying on your eyes.

Don't let it dry! If you leave on for the 3-4 minutes it says to, it won't dry. Wipe it off with a DRY tissue and you're good to go. Follow with your favorite eye serum and/or cream and if desired, concealer!

how many ounces per application? I am wondering if its the same size as the sample that recently went out, which was pretty tiny. I would buy this product if I could use one pod for both eyes instead of one for each, but the sample size was too small for that. any help would be much appreciated!

When I first purchased, I figured one pod will do both under eyes, but I quickly realized that you need to use the entire pod for each eye to get the results of smoothing, less puffing and clearing of darkness.
It took a month, of using twice a week and now I am seeing the results!

There are 12 "pods" which somewhat resemble a contact lens case—two wells (or sections) of product on one piece of plastic. (The sections are labeled as "left eye" and "right eye", so I don't know why some answers say a pod only treats one eye.)
I use one well's worth of product for each eye, so that each pod is a full, two-eye treatment, giving 12 full treatments per box.

I haven't found it makes a difference. You'd probably want to have your face washed already. That way the product isn't going through dirt and being wasted.

The instructions for most masks suggest that you use them after washing your face. This removes any barrier of oil or dirt on your skin and allows the product to penetrate more fully.
