You can apply it on top of makeup, but I wouldn't really recommend it since it's a rollerball. Since it rolls over your skin, it presses rather than wipes so there's no disturbing your makeup. But it may pick up a bit of your makeup as it rolls and get mixed with the eye treatment inside. I don't think it's a good idea to get the dirt, oil, bacteria and makeup mixed in it.

It honestly doesn't do anything other than to give that "cooling effect" for the morning which helps with de puffing.

With any product put on the one that absorbs best first followed by heavier creams and lotions.

Definitely before, because of how light and watery the texture is..
I don't know if you're going to need a serum, you might want to put the cream right after this instead in the morning and use the serum at night.
That being said, this in itself isn't very moisturizing

Please, don't waste your money. Better to use Kate Somerville "Micro Glycolic Polisher, just a wee bit by your eyes as it says no eye area. I've used it for years on my entire face and I wouldn't live without it. Now, I don't mind spending if the product works! This de-puff does NOT.

I've been using it for a few weeks, but have not seen any difference in the eyes. I personally don't recommend it. its not moisturizing either.. so you will have to use something else over this anyway.
I've seen a fair result from the Ole henriksen orange eye serum.

Not for me. I cleanse, apply this product and when it dries, I apply my eye cream (moisturizer in the a.m. and repair product in the p.m.)
