These brushes are definitely made of synthetic hair, by the look and feel of them. I personally prefer synthetic, because I have had reactions to some natural hair brushes. Plus, cleaning natural hair is more delicate and time-consuming. There also tends to be more shedding with natural hair, because the hairs are more fragile.
