I'm super upset! I bought a device in March ( 4 months ago) and now I can't use it!
I feel like my money was stolen! I bought something for $300 that I could use only for 4 months?

I was also upset when I found out that Sephora discontinued the original Silk'n cartridges, and that the new ones were not compatible. I just got the device 6 months ago, and for the amount of money that it cost, it is ridiculous that Sephora has stopped selling the cartridges. (Poor service to loyal customers, Sephora!) But after a quick internet search, I discovered that the major shopping sites online sell these cartridges, and for cheaper than what I was paying at Sephora. I just bought three. I guess at least for this particular item, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This cartridge does not fit the older model of the Flash&Go. I just spoke to a VIB customer service agent who confirmed this. She advised that the only way to purchase a new cartridge is through Silk'n directly (who charges more for the cartridges according to the website). I purchased my Flash&Go from Sephora in December and am now being told there is nothing that they can do for me aside from give me the contact information for Silk'n. If I had known that they were going to stop carrying the older version I would have waited the extra couple of months for the new version. This is not the type of service I expected from Sephora (especially as a VIB).
