YES. It melted in my pocket and the entire chapstick fell off once I twisted it up. Sugar Advanced Therapy is an overall better lip balm, but also, does not melt.

I've had no melting with mine. I also use the fresh products they melt due to the sugar I usually keep mine in the frig so it want melt. Their both good products use your fresh before leaving out & if you need a touch up bring the mj.

Yes, it melts very easily - and I live in New England! I've only kept it at room temperature and it's completely deformed. Would not recommend for a hot climate!

I live in Southwest FL & am familiar with the Fresh meltdown problem. The Marc Jacobs Liplock is definitely denser & heavier. I find I don't like the texture as much as Fresh so I don't carry it around with me. And so it has not melted on me yet. On my review, I wrote that, for me, it is an overpriced Chapstick, as that is exactly what it feels like to me. I would guess that if Chapstick has held up for you in the heat, this one will.
I live in Utah and it's winter, so I'm not sure if it would melt with the heat and humidity in Florida...But, It's a really good product and the tube is pretty thick, so it might be just fine in heat and humidity! Sorry I can't be of more help.
