Shadow Insurance goes on as a matte, light taupe, whereas Candleight gives a shimmering, golden sheen

answer 2
The original is a matte light flesh color. The candlelight is light as well a little more emollient and with a nice glimmer and sheen.

answer 3
The regular shadow insurance will leave a very light color on your eyelids but it can't be seen once you apply your eye shadow. The candlelight will do the same but leaves a shimmery, sparkly color on your eyelids and really makes your eye shadow pop.

answer 4
The Candlelight has a slight shimmer to it and a warmer tone. The regular barely has pigmentation.

answer 5
The gold one leaves a golden shimmer color to your lids which would make any eyeshadow in a similar color really pop. The blue one goes on clear.

they both do the same job but the candlelight has a bit of a shimmer to it.

answer 7
"Shadow Insurance" has no color whatsoever. "Candlelight" is a slightly gleaming ecru, especially effective for times when you want to emphasize certain colors or have an extra "sparkle." You can't beat this set for the price!

Most stores have the original Shadow Insurance in stock, but I think the 2-pack is not as widely distributed, therefore more easily found online.

There is an option on the sephora website for locating an item in store. Just look it up using your zip code.

Question
Does the primer dry the skin on the area where it was used?
I had tried the sample of the Too Faced primer and liked the results so much I bought it (*the sample was good for two uses). But I've noticed after using it my eyes lids are rough and dry now unlike before with the Urban Decay primer that I had used for years and never had this problem.

I haven't noticed that problem, but I'm sure it's different for everyone. My eyelids tend to be pretty naturally greasy, though.

It doesn't cause dryness. I didn't have any dryness on my lids. It works great. I actually use it to boost the smoothness of other on-step cream eye shadows I've purchased.

answer 4
No, this does not dry lids. It simply provides a soft, matte surface when set. Perhaps you need to moisturize your eye area. This beats "Primer Potion" all the way, including all other eye primers (I've tried nearly every one).

Question
Is this product safe for use with lash extensions?
I can't use any products containing oils while I have lash extensions, because it dissolves the glue.

Yes, it doesn't have any oils. That is why it works so well. The shadow stays put with no creases. Love it.

They will normally sell the blue tub in stores. The two in one is a limited edition. I would by it on-line. It's a great deal. It will last a long time.

I am not affiliated with Sephora except that I buy, buy, buy there. I don't know why it's not offered in stores, but it's a great deal, so purchase it online.

I am looking for the Two Faced TINTED primer. Do you still carry that item?
I love the Tinted Two Faced Primer because it is perfect for my skin tone. I can't seem to find it in any store, and now I can't find it online. Is it still available? Thank you!
