it's a lighter color, for more pale and fairer skinned people, like myself. works PERFECTLY!

The original is really a medium shade. I'm light, but in the summer when I first tried it, it was fine in the original shade. Once my summer color faded, it was too dark. I was happy when I found the light option, but it's really fair. Too fair for me, if I'm honest. So I blend them both to get just the right color, Usually 50/50.

I've only used samples of the regular Boscia BB cream, but I bought this because I think it has a lighter shade to it. Mi'm not sure if it is lighter coverage or not.

Boscia Light is lighter in shade. You *must* have porcelain or fair skin to pull off this shade. It is much lighter than the original Boscia BB.

Question
How yellow is this?
I know the product says it self-adjusts, but how yellow is it? I have medium fair skin with a LOT of pink undertones and anything yellow looks weird on me.

I am extremely pale (my skin is very red when I have acne flare-ups), but I've never found the BB light to be yellow at all. Maybe if it is and I'm not noticing it, any possible yellow tones may serve to even my skin out. Is there any way you can test the BB cream first? this may put your doubts at ease. if you cannot test it and decide to make a purchase, I feel certain you'll never want to be without it especially if you're looking for coverage with a lightweight feel.

your skin sounds JUST like mine, but this BB cream is PERFECT for our skin tone. it covers up my red undertoned skin, because just like you, the yellow ones immediately looked orange/yellow and caked on.

My skin sounds like yours, I don't have a problem with the yellow. Actually, it sort of "corrects", if that's the right word.

I am fair with pink undertones, and it was too yellow for me. I take the lightest or second lightest shade in most tinted moisturizers. If you are really fair, I would suggest trying a sample of the light shade of the Boscia BB cream. It is super light though...for me it is best in winter.

I'm cool with pink undertones and it doesn't look yellow on me, just a bit dark for my porcelain skin.

Question
Break Outs!
I bought and started using the Boscia BB Cream and the Clarisonic brush the same evening about a week ago. A few days ago, my skin started breaking out. I'm normally pretty acne-prone, but this isn't my typical time of month to be expecting break outs. I absolutely LOVE both products, so I'm really hoping this is just a phase as my skin gets used to the new stuff but I want to know if anyone has had the same reaction using either the brush or the Boscia in the beginning? Thank you so much!

I feel sure your break-outs could be the result of the cleansing brush and it doing it's job! A friend of mine seldom breaks out but several months ago she received the same cleansing brush you mentioned. It was the only thing different in her routine, she broke out for weeks before all the debris (even years of blackheads) were gone and her skin looked so smooth.....which reminds me I should have put that brush on my Christmas list :) I think if you stick with both (as the BB cream doesn't clog pores, I am proof of that) and allow the cleansing brush to deliver it's promise you'll probably never look back!

I'm the same way. I used to buy foundations with rose tints in them. This is NOT a yellow-y BB cream. It really does work with your skin tone to match the perfect shade. It's like magic.

I use both daily and I can't remember but I think I started using them at the same time - no reaction and I have fairly sensitive skin.

The original is too dark for me when I'm not tan. I actually rarely tan, but in the summer, I can hardly avoid picking up color. The light is very very fair. I have to blend them both to get a good color, but it's not a problem for me.

Definitely get the light one! I'm very fair Caucasian and the regular (ie: not "Light" one) is too dark for me unless I have a legit tan.

I am half-Korean, so I have very light skin with 'Asian' undertones, and found that this product was magical enough to work on my very unique skin color.
