Yes, you can certainly use it. I use this as a daily moisturizer, by itself or under my makeup with Laura Mercier's Foundation Primer - Radiance and Lancome's Dual Finish Compact Powder. It does wonders! Hope it helps!

Yes, you can use this under your foundation. Give the moisturizer 3-5 minutes to soak in before adding primer or foundation though.
