The ExfoliKate can be used on anyone who needs to exfoliate their skin! Just remember to read the directions, DO NOT OVER USE! This has a chemical exfoliator in it and overuse can result in burning the skin.
The Liquid Lift shouldn't be used on acne prone skin. That's not an age thing, women in their 30's can be acne prone. I say this from my experience with using the product. If you're not prone to breakouts and are looking to use this I'd say early-mid 20's is a good time to start an anti-aging regiment. The more you abuse your skin (tanning, not wearing sunscreen, not wearing sunglasses, drinking through straws) the more likely you are to see early signs of aging and wrinkles. If these habits sound like you, start your anti-aging regiment in your early 20's. Just be smart with your product choices, stick to moisturizing ones and stay away from harsh retinols until you start to notice actual fine lines.
Fresh also makes a wonderful cucumber face lotion (lotus youth) I'd suggest for those in their early 20-late 20's. I prefer it to the dermalquench. Murad also has great formulas (liquid red light) and their vitamin C line is fantastic. Not only do I prefer them, but they're more affordable to experiment with as you find the products that work best for you.
