Questions & Answers for Lea Journo Revive French Plum Oil

Question
Has anyone compared this product to Ojon oils?
Hello, I was wondering for those who have curly/wavy hair, or to be more specific like Spanish hair that have used Ojon oils and had a better experience to this product, or is this product have work best? I am trying to decide what product I should try out first since I have very uncontrollable wavy hair, where other parts curls more and is medium dry to sometimes can get greasy. I live in the Florida weather. I would love to know some experience and I would appreciate it. Thank you ;)

It does get rid of some frizz and would reduce crazy curls down but it's just like any other hair oil. It gives shine and everything else. It's definitely not worth your money. It is light weight though!

Question
Is this a dry oil? Is it meant solely for the tips, or can it be used on the roots as well?
I have always had pretty healthy hair, with a somewhat oily scalp, until recently. Seemingly overnight, without any changes to my haircare routine, my hair has developed fly-aways, coarse, short, curly/frizzy fringe pieces by my temples, and my scalp has been alternating between dry and oily. This sounds like a great product, but is it meant to be applied at night and washed out, or applied to wet ends and worked up? Does anyone who's used (and endorsed) this product have an oily scalp?

My scalp is oily and I have to wash my hair daily. I used to apply the oil all over my hair, but found that it made my bangs a little flat, so I now use it from the middle of my hair at the back down to the tips. I like applying the oil after I towel dry my hair after the shower.

This is a heavy oil, I wouldn't think you could put it on your roots. I have long hair, and I work 5 drops through mid shaft to ends every night without much buildup, but with great shine and moisture.

Yes I do have an occasional oily scalp and have used this product on my roots and the oil is so lightweight it doesn't make the scalp oily(unless you use too much of the directed amount). It's perfect to use ANYTIME..before bed, after showering, after styling, and etc. I love this product but I don't believe it's worth it's price!

Question
For straight, fine hair
A lot of the amazing reviews refer to curly/frizzy/over-straightened hair. My hair is stick straight and relatively fine. However my hair is also dry and could be more shiny. Is this the right product for me?

It may not be. But if you use it, use ONLY a tiny amount.

I would just use a teeny tiny amount. If you just put it on the ends you won't get oily hair. My hair is fine as well. I was it a few times a week and this oil has given me silky, shiny hair!

Question
Does this control frizz?
I don't have dry hair but it is really, really frizzy. Hairspray can't control it, I've tried all kinds of products but can't find one to work that doesn't weigh my hair down and leave it volume less.

Yes, it does a great job with frizz. Spread a tiny amount and rub it all over the insides of your hands and then glide your hands through your hair.

Question
How many drops of this oil do you use on your hair?
I'd like to know how much of this oil should be used for my mid-length, fine, frizzy hair. Also is it usually mixed with a leave in conditioner or used alone?

One drop to a drop and a half. I add it to my glossing cream when my hair is wet, then a teeny bit on the ends after blow drying. Amazing stuff.
