No! I just wrote a review about this product and I described how you can't use it to remove your eye make-up which I hate. One thing I didn't put in my review is that when you try to use this to wash your eye makeup off, it ends up stinging and burning the you-know-what out of your eyes. In fact, my eyes are red the next day. And I don't have sensitive eyes, either.
I have used this product on my eyelids and have had no problems. I normally try to remove my makeup with a makeup removing cloth or oil then I will wash with this cleanser. I will first wash my face around my eyes then right before I rinse I will rub this gently over my eyes. The only left overs that I have seen have been from a particularly thick application of mascara that took a couple of tries to get off completely. I hope this helps :)
You can use the product on the eyes but if you are using waterproof makeup remover you may want an actual makeup remover.
