Questions & Answers for Phyto Subtil Elixir Intense Nutrition Shine Oil

Question
After the post-oil shampoo do you condition your hair with regular conditioner?
I know that this is supposed to be applied to dry hair, left on for 10 minutes, and then one is supposed to rinse it out and shampoo their hair. Normally, after I shampoo I use conditioner. Should I use it after shampooing this oil out, or does the oil condition the hair enough such that just a shampoo is enough?

I shampooed and conditioned as normal and was pleased with the results.

I did condition my hair after washing but I didn't let it soak like I usually do. It may be too heavy on your hair to do both so try it and see.

I have only used it one time but I did not condition my hair after shampooing and it did not have an adverse effect on my hair. Adding conditioner may weight hair down depending on what type of hair you have.

I'm not sure if you have to but I always do. My hair is relatively oily and even after using this, I always follow with a shampoo as well as conditioner. My hair feels like butter afterwards.

Question
Can this be used as a leave-in oil?
I know the directions say to use this pre-shampoo, but I would like to know if anyone has tried using this in hair that has just been washed like one would use a normal hair serum?

I've been using it as a leave-in for over a month now and love it. Trick is to apply to damp hair by adding a tiny amount to your palms and rubbing them together. Then run your hands through your hair from roots to ends and try to distribute as thinly and evenly as possible. When you air dry it should just leave hair soft with a natural shine. I don't use any other leave-in or styling products.

This oil is super thick. So depending on your hair type you may not want to use it as a leave in oil. I have used a tiny bit on my ends when I'm wearing my hair in a bun. But I wouldn't recommend using it as a leave in.

I wouldn't use it as a leave in oil or styling product. Your hair definitely looks and feels oily after applying this product.

I love it as a leave-in and apply it to my damp hair after shampoo and cream-rinse. The trick is to use only the tiniest amount, rub it between your palms, and then try to distribute it from roots to ends as thinly as possible. When you air dry it leaves hair shiny and soft, not sticky or heavy.

As far as I understood the directions, you apply it to dry hair for a few minutes before going into the shower. As far as I can tell it's supposed to be a sort of deep conditioning mask which you follow with a shampoo and whatever else you use. It will leave your hair feeling amazingly soft after washing it out and letting it dry. With that being said, I don't see why it couldn't be used on wet hair assuming you only use a small amount.
