Check out ellebangs' video review on Youtube for 'Awesome Products For Growing Long Healthy Hair'. She's a professional hair stylist and recommends using this product once a week to remove build-up, then switching back to your regular shampoo. This is what a good clarifying shampoo is for, but oilier scalps should be able to use more often.

I have been using daily and after about two and a half weeks have noticed my hair a tad on the dry side (just a tad). But I wonder if that's because I never use conditioner and we have had extremely cold weather for our area recently. Think I will purchase the Happy Hour conditioner as well.

The shampoo is intended for daily use and I use it every day with no problems. It does feel like a clarifying shampoo because it gets my hair so clean. But it's really light weight and does not damage your hair.

I use it daily. It definitely doesn't dry out my hair and is great at getting any product residue out.

This is strictly just my opinion. I have fair and straight hair and after I rinsed the shampoo out my hair felt dry till I added shampoo. It doesn't lie when it says it clarifies. I would use this once a week or every few weeks.

Too strong for my colored hair to use daily. I was shocked by hair much color was stripped from my hair and only utilized a quarter size. If you need clarifying shampoo, this might be perfect for you.

Happy hour is designed to be super deep cleansing, almost a clarifying shampoo. Would be safe for extensions but you'd wanna get some good conditioner on there too. (I'm assuming you have real hair for extensions :) if not thought wouldn't be good for them.
