Questions & Answers for Julep Nail 911 Repair System

Question
Over nail polish?
I know it says to use the nail therapy on "clean dry nails" two-three times a week, but can it be used over polish? I barely ever have my nails without polish on them because they are so brittle, so I was hoping to have to avoid going sans-polish.

I use the nail therapy as a base and it works very well. It has to be applied on clean nails but you can put nail polish over it. Finally a base that actually nourishes your nails. It's the best!

I think your initial layer should be the Nail 911. But I'm sure putting nail polish over that would be fine, although I have not done that. I just keep layering the 911 and once a week, I'll take it all off and start again.

I have used it without any polish over the product and the nails looked fine.

Question
How often do you remove the nail therapy?
My first issue is that the nail therapy starts to peel off my nails within a day or two. I'm trying to apply 2-3 times a week as directed, but how long do you layer coats of this nail therapy before removing and starting fresh? Any suggestions on how to stop the peeling? On the up side, my cuticles are looking better.

I only apply one layer/coat. After 2-3 days, I remove it with Sephora by OPI nail polish remover, and apply a brand-new coat. I noticed that it only peels if I apply a second coat, either immediately after the first coat or a few days after the first coat. It's because this is a concentrated polish. Hope this helps.

Question
Nail Growth Revitalizing Serum v Mighty Nail & Cuticle serum
What is the difference between the Mighty Nail & Cuticle Serum and the Nail Growth Revitalizing serum? Is one faster, more potent than the other? Would one use both or just one? My nails are weak with lots of ugly ridges. I have tried lots of products and none seem to work that well. Which one works the best? There is a big difference in price. I don't just need repair, I need a miracle to transform my nails to strong when they are naturally weak.

I recommend you try the Mighty nail product. Use it 2x/day and massage it well. You will get results. Also try the oxygen therapy from Julep. With both products, you will notice a difference within 2 weeks.
Avoid using stick to push back cuticles for a while. They could be the problem too. The pushing may create ridges on the nails.
Good luck!
You may also want to google and see if you don't have a vitamin deficiency.
