hydrate lips first, plumper second, then any lipstick/ gloss after
You could put it on before to hydrate and plump your lips and then whip it off when you are ready to put lipstick on. Or you could put lip stick on and then put the lip plumper on after. Either works!
Depends on the consistency of your lipstick. If it's matte, use this afterwards. If it's not, then definitely before. I think it is more effective if applied before anyway, but if you apply this before a matte lipstick, it will make the lipstick look worse.
Personally, I've found what works best for me is using a hydrating lip balm, letting that sink in, applying this product, letting it sit for a little while, then applying any colour such as lipstick! I am pretty particular about my lips lol, but I like to apply the lip balm as I start my makeup routine, this product once my face makeup is done, and the lipstick after I've done my eye makeup, leaving it spaced out so the products have ample time to take effect and "sink in."
Hope this is what you were looking for!

The "How To Use" tab suggests wearing the product for one minute before applying but I have learned that if you wait for the tingling to stop the effects will be better. :)

I put it on under my lip liner and a lipgloss. I do that only because I do not want the colors of the lip liner and lipgloss to transfer into the tube of this product. I've used it both ways and it works the same whether you apply it underneath or on top.
We suggest applying the Lip Injection Extreme a few minutes prior to applying lipstick and/or your favorite lip products.
