I just bought it and I think it definitely is! I collect vintage perfume bottles and it is fairly simple to refill them. The style of bottle the shimmer comes in I have seen and refilled before.

How shimmery is this?
I really like this bottle a lot better than the perfume bottle, but I don't really like a whole lot of shimmer. Is it subtle or pretty apparent?

Depends on how you apply it; If you just spray it on it's pretty shimmery but if you spread it with your hands it's more subtle.

This is actually a powder. The shimmer is subtle and if you get too much you can wipe some away or spread it around. The scent is light, yet exotic.
